The minimum necessary expenses for your guide (Entrance fee or minimum necessary orders at restaurants and bars etc.), are the responsibility of the participant

This is walking tour, but transportation options such as trains, buses, or taxis can be arranged upon request. In such cases, the costs will be borne by the participants.

Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions, such as food allergies, halal diets, vegetarian diets, etc. If we go to restaurants during the tour, we will introduce restaurants that take these into consideration.

If you have any allergies, health conditions, or are pregnant and require special considerations, please be sure to inform us at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour date: Full refund, excluding a 5% transaction fee.

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the tour start time: Full refund after deducting an itinerary preparation fee of US$35 and a 5% transaction fee.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or no-shows: No refund.
Tour Date Change

Requests for date changes must be made at least 48 hours before the tour start time.

If we are able to arrange a guide for the requested date, the change will be free of charge.

However, if we cannot secure a guide, the tour date cannot be changed. In this case, you may choose to proceed with the original date or cancel the tour. If you opt to cancel, the refund will follow the cancellation policy.
